The trailer is now available for Dark Shadows: Speak No Evil starring Doctor Who’s Arthur Darvill.
The story, by Scott Handcock, features Darvill starring as the rich, lonely, arrogant Tad Collins. One fateful night, in 1855, Tad decides to visit the circus where he is plunged into a world of tattooed ladies and sinister clowns…
“It’s been an absolute joy to come and do this,” Darvill told Big Finish at the recording. “I finished Doctor Who a couple of weeks ago so it’s been really nice to get my teeth into something different.”

Arthur Darvill to star in Dark Shadows audiobook
In Speak No Evil, Arthur stars as Tad, son of the original series’ Quentin Collins, a spoilt, rich young man, hardened by a childhood of horrific events.
“Writing for Tad was a brilliant challenge,” says writer and director Scott Handcock, “because we only ever saw him as a boy in the original series. Extrapolating how those events affected him at the time, and how they shaped his personality as an adult, has allowed us to tell a story with a character unlike any other in the series.
